Carol Rogne, CEO, President of DFC Consultants, Ltd.

Carol graduated from the University of North Dakota and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984 by the State of ND. Carol began working as a bank auditor and then as an independent CPA. She started DFC Consultants, Ltd. in 1989.

Outside of work, Carol’s passion is painting. She has done watercolors for several years, and currently has been doing abstract acrylics. Carol's son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren live in Chicago and her husband Kent ranches in Killdeer.

Allen Phillips, Vice President of Professional Services

Allen holds a degree in accounting and business management and spent six years in the United States Air Force as a Security Specialist. He is an expert in all things related to Microsoft Dynamics GP, WennSoft and accounting. He works one-on-one with customers who need more than an out-of-the-box solution. Allen enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time at the lake and playing with his grandkids.


Jodi Buchholz, Vice President of Business Development

Since 2000, Jodi has been working with customers across the region to determine the best software solutions for their business to qualify if they are a candidate for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the DFC Property Management software.   Jodi is an avid runner, NDSU fan and horse enthusiast. She is a Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo Chamber Ambassador and a graduate of the Fargo Moorhead Leadership program. In 2014, Jodi was a finalist for the YWCA Woman of the Year in Business award.

Deb Schaffer

Deb Schaffer, Project Manager

With over 20 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM, Deb coordinates all ongoing projects with current and new customers. Known as the queen of status calls, she makes sure that projects are on track and works with customers to meet their goals. Deb also is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and has her Microsoft Dynamics CRM Brown Belt. In her free time, Deb likes to spend her time crocheting and playing with her dog, Rocky.
