DFC Cloud - Service And Setup
When you make the move to the cloud, DFC will:
- Meet with you to review your processes and better understand your business needs.
- Create a virtual company domain, add your users to the directory, set up remote access, Application Publishing and enable printing.
- Install software and infrastructure, and set permissions.
- Conduct any training or data migration (extra fees may apply).
After implementation, you will have access to your data 24/7 from any internet connection. Your monthly fee includes ongoing support to add new users, help with accessing the virtual image through the portal and Remote Data Connection, help with printing from the remote connection utilizing supported printers already configured to the customers local machine or network.
Cost is based on your number of users and the software you want to access in the cloud.
